Justin DiBerardinis is running for an at-large seat on the Philadelphia City Council.
As a program director at Bartram’s Gardens, DiBerardinis has dedicated the last six years to restoring the Schuylkill River and making it a more valuable resource for the city. DiBerardinis believes Philadelphia must move toward a carbon-free future, he opposes creating more fossil fuel infrastructure in the city, and he was among the first candidates in Philadelphia to sign the No Fossil Fuel Money Pledge. He understands that communities of color are impacted the most by pipelines and other fossil fuel infrastructure, and that environmental racism, corporations valuing profits over people, and endemic poverty have all contributed to this crisis. As a member of city council he would work to secure more funding for our schools so that they can modernize their buildings and advocate for increased funding to help Philadelphian’s make their homes lead free or lead safe.
DiBerardinis is a leader who has prioritized our environment, and we need to help elect him to City Council to move Philadelphia forward. We strongly urge you to vote for Justin DiBerardinis for Philadelphia City Council At-Large in the primary on May 21!
