Richard Ruggieri, III
Richard Ruggieri, III is running for the State House in the 13th District, representing parts of Chester and Lancaster Counties.
Richard is an Air Force veteran and the current Vice President of Information Technology for Barclays. If elected, he is committed to serving as a steward of his district's natural resources. Richard supports placing the Chester Water Authority in a trust to ensure clean water and open space for all and would advocate in Harrisburg for improved storm-water management policies, expanded public transportation, and the expansion of the Department of Environmental Protection’s environmental justice work. His opponent only scored a 15% on the 2019-2020 Pennsylvania Environmental Scorecard.
Richard Ruggieri will be a strong advocate for clean air, land, and water in Harrisburg. We encourage voters to elect him to the State House for District 13.
