Kevin Branco is running for the State House in the 131st District, representing Lehigh County.
Kevin holds a degree in political science from Kutztown University and is a small business owner, owning a local gym. As a State Representative, Kevin will work to hold the natural gas industry accountable for pollution caused by fracking activities. He knows that House leadership has let the natural gas industry get away with damaging the environment, and he would support an excise tax on the natural gas industry to pay for the damage they have caused.
The environment is on the ballot every year and this election is no different. Kevin knows that when more voters have their voices heard, the stronger our elections and our democracy will be. He will support same-day voter registration and an independent commission of citizens to craft legislative districts to stop partisan gerrymandering.
We believe Kevin Branco will be a fierce advocate for democracy and for the environment in the State House, and we urge the voters of the 131st District to send him to Harrisburg in November.
