Arvind Venkat
Dr. Arvind Venkat is running for State House for the 30th district, representing parts of Allegheny County.
Dr. Venkat is the son of immigrants and is currently an emergency room doctor. He has served his community through his work as a doctor and intends to use his position as a leader in the medical community to advocate for the environment in the State House.
Dr. Venkat’s environmental priorities include protecting our water and air, creating more green spaces, and improving measures to manage flooding and stormwater management.
We believe that Dr. Venkat will fight to address climate change and to protect our environment as a member of the State House. We urge voters of the 30th district to send Dr. Venkat to Harrisburg.
