Jordan Yeager is running for Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Bucks County.
Jordan is one of Pennsylvania's most important environmental champions. His most prominent victory for the environment was the landmark Act 13 victory before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in December 2013, which forced our state government to respect the Commonwealth’s constitutional Environmental Rights Amendment for the first time in history. Jordan also frequently represents residents, community groups, municipalities, and non-profits in environmental litigation. He was awarded the Florence Neilson Environmental Leadership Award by the Clean Water Fund in 2013 and served as a founding Board member of the Fairshake Environmental Legal Services.
Jordan is seeking both the Democratic and Republican nominations to the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas in the May 21, 2019 primary election. If nominated, he will take part in the general election on November 5.
Be sure to vote for Jordan Yeager on May 21!
