Lehigh County Commissioner - Jon Irons

Jon is running for Lehigh County Commissioner. Jon lives in West Bethlehem and works as a data manager for an educational nonprofit. He previously worked as a case manager for a middle school, and a Teen Center director for the Boys and Girls Club.

Jon is very focused on the justice aspects surrounding combating climate change and wants to make investments that address issues like access to public transportation, addressing food deserts, and identifying the health impacts of poor air quality. Along with other candidates in the Lehigh Valley, he is also against the proliferation of warehouses and is even willing to enact a moratorium on the buildout.
