Supreme Court of Pennsylvania - Dan McCaffery

Dan is running for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Dan is an Army veteran that previously served on the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He was elected to the Pennsylvania Superior Court in 2019. He is currently the supervising judge for wiretaps and was selected by the Supreme Court to serve on the Court of Judicial Discipline.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is key to protecting Pennsylvania’s democracy as evidenced by the 2020 election cycle. As issues like RGGI, fracking in the Delaware River basin, and others are increasingly in front of the justices, keeping a pro-environment and pro-democracy majority is imperative.
