Aerion Abney - HD-19

Representative Aerion Abney is running for re-election this April for the 19th District, representing part of Allegheny County. He has a 100% on the 2021-2022 Scorecard.

Rep. Abney is a native Pennsylvanian who has degrees in communications and social work from the University of Pittsburgh.  Rep. Abney has been a fierce advocate for environmental justice communities in Allegheny County, and across Pennsylvania. Rep. Abney has fought to reinvest in the Department of Environmental Protection to help accelerate clean energy deployment, which will reduce emissions and utility bills for families. He has also fought to expand ballot access for Pennsylvania voters, advocating for same day registration, automatic registration, pre-canvassing and other pro-voter policies.

We believe that Rep. Abney will be a fierce advocate for environmental issues in the 19th District, and we urge voters to cast their vote for him.
