Deb Gross

Councilwoman Deb Gross is running for re-election to Pittsburgh City Council in District 7.

Councilwoman Gross, first elected to Pittsburgh City Council in 2013, has always been a strong champion for the environment and public health. Councilwoman Gross has advocated for green infrastructure solutions to address Pittsburgh’s sewage issues and has pressed the Allegheny County Health Department to reduce emissions from the district’s largest polluters to improve air quality. Councilwoman Gross supports Mayor Bill Peduto’s plan to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions by 50% by 2030 and will advocate for strong legislation that would help combat Pittsburgh’s problems with lead in drinking water.

Councilwoman Gross is a leader who has prioritized our environment, and we need to help re-elect her to City Council to move Pittsburgh forward. We strongly urge you to vote for Deb Gross for Pittsburgh City Council in District 7 on November 5!
