Manny Guzman is running for State House in the 127th District, representing part of Berks County.
Manny Guzman grew up in a working-class family in Reading. He attended Kutztown University and was actively involved with the Student Government Association, and University Senate. After returning home from college, Manny recognized the need for more diverse leadership within his community and was elected to the Reading School Board in 2013.
When elected, Manny will be a vocal advocate on issues facing impacted communities. He supports bringing back commuter rail lines to the region and expanding access to cheap, renewable energy. He believes that we need to stop subsidizing the fossil fuel industry, and instead focus on investing in clean energy solutions, like community solar.
We encourage voters to elect Manny Guzman, a strong voice for the environment, to the State House in District 127.
