Rep. Danielle Friel Otten

Rep. Danielle Friel Otten is running for re-election in the 155th district, representing Chester County. She earned a 100% on the 2019-2020 Pennsylvania Environmental Scorecard.

Rep. Friel Otten was elected in 2018 and ran on the importance of addressing the key environmental issues facing Chester County. She currently serves on the Environmental Resources and Energy, Children and Youth, Aging and Older Adult Services, and Tourism and Recreation committees. She was also elected to serve as House chair of the Climate Caucus for the 2021-2022 legislative session.

Prior to her election to the State House, Rep. Friel Otten co-founded the Uwchlan Safety Coalition and Del-Chesco United for Pipeline Safety and organized a massive grassroots campaign to oppose the Mariner East 2 pipeline and to hold the company accountable for its repeated violations. In Harrisburg, she has continued to fight against  dangerous pipeline development across the county, including introducing legislation that would support early detection and warning systems to alert communities in the event of a dangerous pipeline incident.

Rep. Friel Otten is a true environmental champion and we encourage the voters of the 155th district to send her back to Harrisburg to keep fighting for you.
