Jennifer Shukaitis
Jennifer Shukaitis is running for the State Senate in the 40th District, representing all of Monroe County, part of Lackawanna County, and part of Wayne County.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from East Stroudsburg University and a master’s degree in neurobiology from Colorado State University. She serves on the boards of the Brodhead Watershed Association, Stroud Regional Open Space and Recreation Commission, and the Act 137 Monroe County Housing Authority Board.
As a State Senator, Jennifer will work to preserve and expand environmental protections and promote green infrastructure. Jennifer knows that Pennsylvanians owe nothing to developers or the fossil fuel industry and that we have a responsibility to maintain a healthy environment.
Jennifer Shukaitis will fight for the environment in the State Senate, and we urge the voters of the 40th District to send her to Harrisburg in November.
