Sen. Katie Muth

Katie Muth is running for re-election to the State Senate in the 44th District, which includes part of Berks, Chester, and Montgomery Counties.

Prior to her election to the State Senate, Senator Muth dedicated herself to organizing grassroots change in her Royersford community and served as an adjunct professor of kinesiology at a local university. After her election, Senator Muth maintained her fight for her community and the environment and earned a 100% on the Pennsylvania Environmental Scorecard.

Senator Muth’s environmental priorities include holding corporate polluters responsible and helping Pennsylvania achieve energy independence by transitioning to a green economy. Senator Muth has remained committed to protecting Pennsylvanians’ right to clean air and water. She introduced a bill to expand protection from chemical and waste spills from fracking activities to private well owners.

Senator Muth will continue to fight to protect the health of the environment and the health of Pennsylvanians and we urge the voters of the 44th to re-elect Senator Katie Muth to the State Senate.
