Andrew Dixon

Andrew grew up in and lives in Warminster, with his wife Anna and their son.  He currently serves on the Centennial School Board and chaired the Warminster Township Environmental Advisory Council from 2016-2018.

Andrew is strongly committed to protecting our environment, and would work to ensure proper oversight of companies that seek to use our natural resources and stop fracking in the Delaware River Basin. He would demand that corporate citizens pay their fair share through a fair severance tax, and he is deeply concerned about the water contamination from former military bases in his district and would call for filters in all wells. As the Chair of the Warminster Township Environmental Advisory Council, Warminster become the first in the state to write letters alerting the EPA and Navy of the issue with their local water and to ask the EPA to lower the threshold at which PFOS & PFOA contamination is considered worthy of remediation.

Andrew is running for an open seat. We know that he will prioritize the environment if elected to Harrisburg, and we strongly urge voters in the 29th district to vote for Andrew Dixon for real environmental progress.
