Rep. Danielle Friel Otten currently serves on the Environmental Resources and Energy Committee. Prior to her election to the State House, Rep. Friel Otten co-founded the Uwchlan Safety Coalition and Del-Chesco United for Pipeline Safety and organized a massive grassroots campaign to oppose the Mariner East 2 pipeline and to hold the company accountable for its repeated violations. In Harrisburg, she has continued to fight against dangerous pipeline development across the county, including introducing legislation that would support early detection and warning systems to alert communities in the event of a dangerous pipeline incident.
