Dawn Simmons - Luzerne County Council (At-Large)

Dawn Simmons is running for Luzerne County Council, for an At-Large seat.

Dawn is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and currently works as a real estate agent. As a County Councilperson, she has committed to upholding the elements of the Environmental Rights Act, which guarantees a healthy environment for all Pennsylvanians. This includes equitable distribution of resources to improve water quality, air pollution, and open space protection. She will also advocate for the buildout of renewable energy infrastructure, oppose new pipeline infrastructure, and expand trail access. She will also ensure fair access to the ballot box, and will oppose any efforts to restrict access to mail-in voting.

We know Dawn will be a strong advocate for the environment and democracy on the County Council. We strongly urge voters to support her on November 4th.
