Denise Williams - Luzerne County Council (At-Large)

Denise Williams is running for Luzerne County Council, for an At-Large seat.

Denise previously worked as a registered nurse, working for the Commission on Economic Opportunity in a supervisory nurse position. In 2021, she was appointed to the Luzerne County Board of Elections and Registration. In this role, she fought back against efforts to restrict mail-in voting and throw out votes. As a County Councilperson, she will fight to protect voting access, and she will also work with municipalities to expand access to renewable energy and energy efficiency technology.

We know Denise will be a strong advocate for the environment and democracy on the County Council. We strongly urge voters to support her on November 4th.
