Judge Michael Wojcik - PA Commonwealth Court

Michael Wojcik

Judge Michael Wojcik is running for retention to the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.

Judge Wojcik has practiced law since 1989 in a variety of settings, including private law firms, and has served on the Commonwealth Court since 2016. His breadth of experience has allowed him to develop expertise in a wide range of areas. Wojcik was recently part of a 2-1 panel decision to allow Washington County to inform voters of errors in their mail in ballots - a win for Pennsylvania voters.

Over the past 10 years, there have been several critical environmental cases that have been brought before the Commonwealth Court. This includes the enforceability and strength of the Environmental Rights Amendment and enabling Environmental Justice communities to stand up to corporate interests. Without strong judges on the bench, Pennsylvania will be in dire straits in terms of environmental quality and public health.

In the interest of a strong environment & fair democracy, we strongly encourage you to vote “YES” on the retention of Judge Michael Wojcik.
