Rep. Dan Frankel

Rep. Dan Frankel is running for re-election to the State House in the 23rd district representing Allegheny county. He began serving in the Pennsylvania legislature in 1999.

An active community leader, Rep. Frankel is dedicated to supporting environmental issues, and has earned a lifetime environmental score of 96%. In the 2017/2018 session, he earned 100% through standing up against giveaways to big polluters and numerous attempts to give drillers more power to police themselves.

Two of Pittsburgh's largest parks, Frick and Schenley, are located in District 23. Frankel proudly supports all of Pittsburgh's parks and green spaces through service on the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy and Western Pennsylvania Conservancy's boards of directors.

We must ensure that people in the 23rd district continue to be represented by someone we can all count on to uphold our right to clean water, air, and open space, so we strongly encourage voters to re-elect Rep. Frankel in 2018.
