Tara Zrinski - Northampton County Executive

Tara Zrinski is running for Northampton County Executive.

Tara currently serves as the Controller of Northampton County, and previously served on the County Council, where she championed several environmental initiatives. She played an active role in defeating the PennEast Pipeline Project, which would have posed severe environmental and public health risks to county residents.

She has also served on various boards and commissions, including the Northampton County Conservation District Board and Wildlands Conservancy Board, and previously worked as the local coordinator for Food & Water Watch, advocating for clean water, sustainable agriculture, and environmental justice. As County Executive, she pledges to establish a constituent advisory board to advise her on key environmental issues, be proactive in protecting against the harmful effects of potential pipeline buildout, and will seek to expand access to public transportation to reduce harmful tailpipe emissions.

Tara will be a strong advocate for the environment as the Northampton County Executive. We encourage voters to support her on November 4th.
